Biography
Ms Irena Moozová is Deputy Director-General at the European Commission for International Dimension of Justice Policies, Rule of Law and Equality, and Acting Director for Equality and Non Discrimination in its department for Justice (DG JUST). She is a Czech national and joined the Commission in 2006 as Head of EU Representation in Prague.

Biography
Donatas currently works as Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Well-being at Ignitis Group, which is a renewables-focused integrated utility and the largest energy group in the Baltic states. He is focused on evidence-based diversity & inclusion development, aiming to nudge behavioral changes in the organization. Previously Donatas used to work as an expert on gender equality at the Office of the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson of Lithuania and taught gender studies and equal opportunity policy at Vilnius University and Mykolas Romeris University. Donatas is the author of two books on feminism and masculinities. He has received a number of national awards for his activism for gender equality. He holds an MA in Gender Studies from Central European University.
